  1* for being open on Saturdays but 0* for customer service. Manager hunted me down outside the store to say my postal item didn't fit requirements even though I proved to her it did with their measurements but she refused to post it. Had to travel closer to the city where I experienced NO problems. Get nicer Gungahlin Post!

  Worst post office ever! Staff very rude with a "can't do" attitude. Will never go back.

  Our third visit to this Post Office whilst visiting Canberra, the rudest people!!! Ticket system doesn't work. Today only one of six serving line up of customers. If they don't enjoy or want to work there .... stand aside and give someone a job who may appreciate it. Not a good tourist experience for this lovely city.

  Australia post Gungahlin doesn't deserve any stars on their reviews because every time you walk in their a few sour old women who need some nail clippers and shampoo they make 99.9% of customers feel like a burden. You'll have more of a chance at winning the lotto then getting a smile or "have a nice day" out of some of these staff. They slam things down and use a nasty tone in their voice. Let me give you some advice if you don't like your job find something you like and don't waste your life making others feel like an annoying burden. Btw I had to put a star on this so feel grateful for once Gungahlin post office staff.

  This has been the worse post office i have ever experienced! I was going to take my kid with the TFN application interview there but I was told by their very very very unfriendly staff member that I need to make an appointment. and the earliest one they were able to make was on two business days later. But from the ATO website it clearly specifies that there is no booking needed. I then made a call to Post office helpline to inquire and over the phone the head office staff were also surprised that the Gungahlin one requires an appointment for TFN app. I turned to Mitchell one and the whole pleasing process only took 5 minutes to complete. I will strongly not recommend Gungahlin post office to anybody even just buying an envelop form there.
