  The restaurant looks sad. The staff are mostly really young kids who arn't professional enough. Every time I have eaten here, my chicken has been soggy, cold and stale tasting. The package almost always looks like the food was just thrown in the box. And, they'll always just give me the default sweet and sour sauce with my nuggets? Not once, am I asked what sauce I might like, they'll rather just hurry through the order...

  Honesty, If there was a 0 star option I would give it 0 stars. EVERYTHING from food to service to cleanliness to management and even the damn parking lot is off with this place. Literally every time I order food from here there pieces of chicken that have no crumbing or look weird and soggy or there raw or gone off pieces. This one time I waited in their grossly disorganized parking lot for 25 minutes to get to the window only to be told they had a 30 minute wait on "chicken", that is, ALL chicken??? How can you be a KFC and not have cooked chicken? When told that there was no space in the parking lot to wait, the girl just shrugged and said there was nothing she could do. The cars that line up in their small and twisted car park is almost ALWAYS the reason for the traffic in that entire road. Ugh.Thanks to this store, I actually am no longer even keen on KFC.

  Most times are good. 8/10 times the food is good. Rarely do they forget things but you should check every place you go. When they once gave me a twister with one chicken strip i already drove to far, ate it, complained and the manager at the time gave me a free meal. Im rather happy with their service so far.

  Bought a hot spicy wrap at the drive-through for a late Sunday lunch at 4.30pm. Got it home and started eating it. One small piece of chicken in the bottom and last bite!! Compared to the Cleveland Qld store which sells wraps full of chicken this store is pathetic.

  Poor service as always, potato and gravy was only 1/3 full, chips weren’t even cooked at all, asked for extra salt on chips, got no salt at all lol.
