  I found this one of the worst places I have stayed simply due to the rudeness from Sophie at reception. I didn't end up staying I left in the evening. When you go to a hotel you expect hospitality. I paid more then 180 for a tiny room and did not feel happy there at all.

  The washer and dryer is a combo. As a result, it does neither very well. We dried a few hoodies for 3hrs and they still came out damp.

  Definitely NOT pet friendly! Most rude and obnoxiously stupid receptionist i have ever encountered, named Abbey! Even had her name badge on upside down when we got here! Worst part is that this was the hotel for my wedding!!!! If you are looking at getting married and want to stay here... find somewhere else! I can't wait to check out and im only staying as weve already paid!

  So many helpful amenities in the room, and the bed was super comfy. Check in and out were no fuss and room rate was outstanding.

  Lovely appointed rooms with kitchen and bathroom. Dishwasher and washing machine. Comfortable king size bed and extra couch in the lounge room. There is also restaurant downstairs ( it's not part of the hotel).

  Very helpful staff. Hotel is near good shopping center. A little out of cbd but pleasant short drive to it. Highly recommend.
