    Reception people were rude... she had a condescending tone and was blunt as all hell. The actual staff did well however.

    Well it took about 10 visits to access Canberra to transfer a vehicle from NSW however it was a good surprise to see that the Gungahlin shopfront open at 8 AM overall experience with access Canberra was disappointing but staff were 10 out of 10.

    Back in 1974 you could take a vehicle to the motor registry, transfer the registration all in one visit rather than 10. ( including to Hum) cannot think that the current system is better than it was 40 years ago

    In the second interaction with staff, she saw my interstate license and immediately defer me, not willing to help at all. There is a difference between not wanting to help and unable to help.
