  When they were first open, they were wonderful. Spent time with you, understood your needs and were incredibly caring. Now I can't get an appointment with a GP without having to wait a minimum of a week. A week may not seem long, but if you or your child are suffering from a chest infection and require antibiotics, we need them now, not in one weeks time. It worries me that the doctors are under a lot of pressure and aren't able to provide the correct care to their patients. I have heard from multiple other people that go to this clinic about misdiagnosis and feeling rushed whilst in with their doctor. Really disappointing that they have gone so far down hill. Seems to be all about the money rather than the patients now. Money is important, don't get me wrong. But duty of care takes priority.
