  Such a badly set up store, the aisles so narrow you literally can't move, there's stock everywhere the customer service team seem overwhelmed in the chaos making for a terrible shopping experience. I'll stick with Chemost Warehouse in Majura Park they seem to have done well with their relocation and reno.

  Good place to shop but customer service is really poor and staffs have bad attitude. Had really bad experience with customer service.

  Store was cramped with stock & boxes all over the floor. Was told it would be a 10 minute wait for my script, still waiting 30 minutes later. It was busy, but would prefer an honest estimation. Only one chair was available for the 5+ people waiting for scripts, the stoor was stiflingly hot so ended up taking a seat on the floor. Then another 10 minutes waiting at the register.
