  My girlfriend recently had a haircut here this afternoon and was treated to a shampoo blow-dry and product that she didn't want or need, without her consent, then charged an extra $20 for the process.

  We won't be coming back for those reasons. As overall the cuts were not very good and overall experience wasnt the best. Perhaps we just caught her on a bad day i don't know.

  I took both my son's here for a haircut. There was one woman there who was absoultely delightful to deal with. Great customer service and a friendly and approachable personality.

  A young lady cut both my sons hair. And to her credit she perserveered with my 20 month old who was quite difficult. And not really cooperating. I could tell she wasnt happy with the cut and i wasn't either but it was the best that would happen that day. As it was really uneven and noticably. Which i understand being a baby still. Though i was charged full price for his cut? I came home and recut his hair.

  Don't get me wrong she did attempt to be a bit friendly. I just found her quite argumentative, when i try really hard to be friendly and ask politely i apologised if i wasnt explaining it well enough.

  My eldest son i tried to explain how i wanted it to her. Short back and sides with a bit of length up the top. Then when she was cutting i asked her to take the clippers up higher as he has it really short on the sides. I used to be a hairdresser so i know how to cut and style hair and i usually do my kids hair but we have just moved and i hadnt had the time. She was then a little rude about it and said she had to blend it. Which is fine, she then went to a longer clipper up further. I shut my mouth for the hair cut and she finished and proceeded to blow him off without asking if we were happy. Which i wasnt as there was still a massive corner all around where the long and short hair met. It wasn't blended probably. She then said its because i wanted her to take the clippers up further. Righto i am not an argumentative person but we were paying for a service and i just think she was really lacking some customer service skills. She then attempted to blend it a bit better. And finished. We paid the bill and left. When we got home i could see the disconnection up the top and further she hadn't blended the 2 clipper sizes. He had a line (like a step) all the way around his head and the top aswell it didn't look right. So again i have recut his hair now.
