  A VERY BIG RIP OFF! This place is a shocker with their unethical marketing tactics of discount offerings to get a patient to the door who then ends up paying more for treatments that are not required at all as that's their approach to say one thing and do another thing and churn out fast numbers rather than providing that quality service.

  Hello everyone, I went this place and they charged me around $120 including my x-ray, however, there was some Asian lady who said my tooth has has a fracture, hahahahaha seriously, and she said it needs an extraction, I didn't believe her, as first 15 minutes she wasn't aware that what was the issue so she decided to close the matter by saying i have a fracture on my tooth, later on she suggested me to come on Saturday as Doctor will come on Saturday, wait so who is this Asian lady ?? Finally I went to Sydney and consulted with some good doctor, I came to know my teeth was not fractured, it just needs refilling, which the other doctor did and i'm able to save my teeth which these butchers were trying to pluck out. If you see in my Xray which Shine dentist did, they've taken out X-ray of all my teeth from one side n failed to take the X-ray of the tooth which was paining. Very poor experience, I strongly recommend everyone not to go there.

  They managed to remove half of my tooth, I was then told they didn't have time to remove the rest as I had already made them late for their next appointments. Acknowledging that I would be in pain they asked me to leave and they would place a referral to a surgeon because I 'couldn't handle it'. I pointed out that I could have handled it if they had known how to use the gas properly!!

  Dr Shin was great and for someone who does not like dentists she made me feel at ease. She is gentle and kind in her approach and explained what she was doing as she went. I needed urgent filling replacement and she did it then and there without the feeling that you were squeezed in as I only called that morning. Thank you

  Be very careful of this dodgy dental practice folks, these are conning people big time, why would health regulated services offer discounts if they are really providing quality work? As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, pay less and get sub standard work done, simple as that.

  Consultation began well with an acceptable explanation of the process. No further explanation was really given after my first injection. I requested 'happy gas', given my anxiety. I highlighted at one point that the gas working, but the effects was not lasting. The continually asked me to move up the bed as I was to low for the gas to reach me. After around 30 mins they realised they didn't have the mask on me properly with the dentist saying to her assistant 'next time you need to put it on the other way', directing her assistance to hold the mask very firmly on my face.

  I choose this dentist after ready positive reviews, following my appointment I feel these reviews may be fake as this was my worst dental experiences to date! Would advise people to stay well clear of this butcher!

  I am anxious attending dentists in general. I made reception well aware of this at the time of booked an extraction and was advised this would be ok as staff are so understanding and gentle.

  This place is good for nothing. I'm with Bupa so usually go there, but the staff is inexperienced and untrained. During my six monthly check up and clean, my teeth were not cleaned properly. I was asked to go see a specialist for my gum disease without any x-ray / scan. I would avoid it at any cost, better spend some out of pocket and get a better treatment next time.
