  Ordered online. Went to pick up the pizza. They saw me on counter didn't bother to say sorry won't be long instead the guy kept talking on phone for 5 mins. I could'nt even understand what he is talking bout on the phone. Finally one guy asked me If i can be any help mate. Too disappointing! Gosh I wished l i was a white guy there honestly!

  Website goofed up the order, not sending through the customisations. But staff very mistreating and literally told me get out of there. Managed to get my money back without getting scuffed up.

  I accidentally ordered pick-up instead of delivery, as the store was approaching closing time. After a quick call, I had the order easily cancelled. Have been ordering for years and have never been disappointed, $5 pizzas everyday is the obvious choice. I have never bothered to walk into Crust or Pizza Capers because of Domino's unbeatable value for money, and Domino's mostly outclasses Pizza Hut. Will continue to go as things stay the same!

  Hit and miss. Sometimes charred, sometimes sloppily put together. Will never go delivery again, pizzas came mashed.

  Ah again....why did i go back...this time ingredients missing and the shop was empty. Definately shifting to pizza capers or pixxa hut now!

  Dont order Friday or Saturday nights. 4 times in a row they have been over 15min late and still got order wrong.
